Archiving-Policy
1. Digital Archiving
This journal uses a digital archiving system that ensures all published articles remain accessible and permanently available. Archiving is carried out through the following methods:
LOCKSS: This journal participates in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program to create a distributed archive among participating libraries and enables those libraries to create a permanent archive of the journal for preservation and restoration.
CLOCKSS: This journal also uses the CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system, which is similar to LOCKSS but provides open access to all archived content in the event of a "trigger event" such as the publisher ceasing operations.
Institutional Repository: Published articles are also archived in the institutional repository of the university or institution affiliated with the author, to ensure long-term access.
2. Independent Archiving
Journal Website: All published articles are permanently archived on the journal's website. Users can access the articles at any time through the online journal archive.
Periodic Backup: This journal performs periodic data backups to ensure that article data remains safe and can be restored in case of a system failure.
3. Archiving Metadata
Indexing: Articles published in this journal are indexed in various databases and major indexes such as Google Scholar, and others to enhance visibility and accessibility.
DOI (Digital Object Identifier): Each published article is assigned a unique DOI, ensuring that the article can be consistently identified and accessed across digital platforms.
4. Long-Term Access
Digital Library: Articles are also archived in national or international digital libraries to ensure long-term access and sustainability of scientific content.
Collaboration with Libraries: This journal collaborates with academic libraries and research institutions to ensure that articles remain widely accessible to the academic community.
5. Continuity of Access
Contingency Plan: The journal has a contingency plan to ensure that if technical or organizational issues arise, access to published articles will not be disrupted.
Publisher Transition: In the event of a publisher change, this journal ensures that all published content will be transferred to the new publisher without loss of accessibility or data integrity.
With this archiving policy, our journal ensures that published articles remain permanently accessible and secure, so that the scientific contributions of the authors can continue to have a positive impact in the long term.
